1. Agreement to Terms

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the arbitration taking place in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement
